Timothy Richard

Timothy is an associate attorney with Beckemeier Lemoine Law. Prior to joining the firm, Timothy worked in insurance defense and toxic torts. In addition, he has worked in-house as an intern for multiple non-profit healthcare entities, where he gained experience with non-profit governance, compliance, and risk management. This diverse background allows Timothy to understand the unique challenges that come with commercial litigation and labor and employment disputes, and to find solutions which fit his client’s needs.
